This application caters to four different logins, three of
which (OST Nurse, FICTC Counsellor and TI Outreach
Worker) are healthcare staff and the fourth login is for all
beneficiaries registered in the HIV ecosystem through
SOCH web application.
A) Beneficiary Application: The beneficiary login
works with Phone number of beneficiaries
registered on the SOCH web portal through any of
the facilities (TI Center, STI/RTI Clinics, ICTC Center
and/or ART Center) in HIV Continuum of care. All
beneficiaries will be able to
1) See their Personal Medical Records
2) Book an online appointment at any of the
registered facilities.
3) Set Reminders for medicine and also check any
follow-up appointment from healthcare staff.
B) F-ICTC paramedic staff : The app has been built to
facilitate the end users to record reactive clients
and refer them to ICTC for confirmatory tests in
order to strengthen the F-ICTC to ICTC linkage. The
app also records the monthly report for the
specific F-ICTCs which has to be submitted to their
parent ICTC Centre for clear visibility of both
beneficiary and inventory service delivery.
C) TI ORW App: The mobile application for Outreach
Workers at a TI Centre enables them to record
service delivery on field. The SOCH application has
various services such as registration, commodity
distribution etc. The ORWs can also view reports
and track their PE’s performance through the
mobile app.
D) OST Nurse: The mobile application for nurses has
been designed to allow the nurse to record real-
time dispensations. As an OST nurse, you can
record dispensations and view your stock status at
any time through the application. Additional
features that can include the Take Home option
and stock adjustment have also been provided.
